This was the midset when the Bay Area, Midland Area and Saginaw County Chambers of Commerce along with Bay Future, Midlnad Tomorrow and Saginaw Furture Inc. formed a regional alliance called VISION TRICOUNTY, now the Great Lakes Bay Regional Alliance.
